MeetPro Software

• MeetPro is $200 per year for five activations, meaning you can have MeetPro installed in up to five computers at a time.
• All features are included, including Cross Country support.
• All upgrades are included. MeetPro is constantly updated and you are never charged for upgrades.
• Licensees can use MeetPro for any meet at any location. There are no restrictions on facility, home team or type of meet.
• MeetPro works with the most popular timing systems, including FinishLynx, Flash Timing, Ipico, FieldLynx, NK2000xc, Time Machine, Chronotrack and others.
• MeetPro imports entries using the same semi-colon delimited format used by every track & field online entry service. MeetPro can also import entries directly from DirectAthletics.com.
• MeetPro’s Live Update system can be configured to update results on the web when results are added or scored. Live Update can publish to your own website via FTP or Amazon S3, to MeetPro’s free live results servers or to a directory on your computer. You can also configure Live Update to update a Daktronics Scoreboard.
• MeetPro imports splits from FinishLynx and can include splits in results reports.
• MeetPro network support is very simple: Share the database over the network to allow multiple computers to access it at once.

MeetPro is available for Windows and Mac OS X computers and runs natively on each platform. A single license can be used on both platforms and the functionality is the same on each system. MeetPro streamlines meet database setup. Creating a database from scratch is simple and easy. MeetPro can also import events from DirectAthletics, TCL files, EV1 files, and other MeetPro databases.

MeetPro supports all seeding rules for college, WA, and high school meets (including team lanes). And MeetPro’s manual seeding window lets you modify seeding (or seed from scratch) quickly with an intuitive and easy to use interface. Entering results in MeetPro couldn’t be easier. And MeetPro supports the most common results systems with no add-ons required. MeetPro supports FinishLynx, FieldLynx and Flash Timing for Track & Field results as well as MyLaps, Ipico, Time Machine, NK Interval 2000, Sprint 8, ClassFive and Chronotrack for Cross Country.

MeetPro’s new Field Event Web App seamlessly integrates mobile technology into your track & field meet to make running a meet that much easier. MeetPro serves the web app on your local network, making it available via WiFi. The web app runs in any HTML5 compliant browser, including Chrome and Safari for iPhone. Use your tablet or mobile device to run field events and record results. Entries and results are synced wirelessly with your MeetPro database. Data is stored in your device and is persistent even in the case of network failure. The web app can be used on mobile and tablet devices you already own, including iPhone, iTouch, iPad, Android phones and tablets (including Nook tablets), Windows tablets, laptops and any device capable of running an HTML5 compliant browser (e.g. Google Chrome).
